1) Septic Tank Aerator/Air Pump Sales. I sell locally in Louisiana
and online sales for all of the US.
2) Septic Tank Cleaning and Pumping. I make sure that all inspection doors have been found and opened. This is a lot of extra work, but this permits the best access to all tank divisions for the most complete cleaning.
3) Grease Trap Cleaning and Pumping. Since this a regular, periodic maintenance for all of you who am involved in commercial cooking activities, I first sit down with you at length to discuss grease trap size and estimated intervals of pumping. Then I come to your site on a regular basis without your need to call and remind me. I am also sensitive to cleaning the grease traps at times when your customers are not present. I make sure that undesirable sights and smells are hidden from your clientele.
4) Snaking and Hydro-Jetting of just Drain Lines. I make sure that not only is your septic tank or grease trap clean, but that the drain lines to and from the respective tanks are unobstructed. Often, ordinary snaking is not enough to unclog your drain. For this reason I employ the latest in Hydro-Jetting techniques to clear any stubborn obstruction.
5) Lift Station Pump Trouble Shooting and Replacement. I have responded to the common problem of lift station pump failures! I now offer a service to pump out your lift station and trouble shoot your sump pump. Sometimes it will only require making a better electrical connection. Other times the float switch may be damaged or stuck. Whatever the case, I will find the solution, and if the pump itself is beyond repair I will install a new one for you.
6) Maintenance Contracts. These contracts are needed for the sale or renting of a home/mobile home property with a septic tank. I can set these contracts up for you.
